Our Story

I started in this business at the bottom. In fact, technically I started in this business when I was 7 years old. At that time, my family was living with my Grandparents while my Dad went back to school. As a family, we were all caring for my Autistic uncle named Tommy. In addition, the family adopted and took in a 95 year old woman (Good old Mary Burchill) whose husband had passed away. She had no family, and no one to help her. So, from a very early age, I was taught that we take care of people. Why? Because that’s just what we do.

So, as my career as an entrepreneur developed, I fell head over heels in love with the business of providing care to seniors. Once I started in the business, I quickly realized that this was truly my calling. To combine business with caring for others was a home run in regards to my personality, and what motivates me to succeed.

I’ve worked in almost all facets of this business. I started off working in home as a care worker. I moved into care management, and worked with families directly. I then opened my own homes, and still own one of those homes to this day (My Mom runs it and does an amazing job!). My favorite aspect of this industry though is helping others, and that’s why I started Caring Completely. I want to help more families. I want to help prevent them from being given information that isn’t accurate. I want to make sure that their decisions are being made for the right reasons, with the right data and information in order to make an educated decision.

I love my job. I love helping others. I would love the opportunity to help you!

Our Main Concerns?

As this industry has developed, it has turned into an opportunity based industry. While from a business standpoint there is truly nothing wrong with that, unfortunately from an ethical standpoint, it has created more money based providers than truly quality based providers.

  1. Independent Living is NOT assisted living, and should never be considered assisted living.
  2. Assisted Living should be better than “2 hour checks”.
  3. Doctors should visit often.
  4. Care should be charted.

Working As A Team

As you go through the aging process with your loved one, having an expert along side with you is extremely valuable. We work as a team with our members. We want to be considered an additional family member. We will get to know your loved one, you, and your family better than any other company that exists. Why? Because that’s our job. Our job is to be an extension of you. To advocate always for your loved one and their care. To be their friend, and to stand up for their rights if we feel that they are being treated poorly in ANY way. There’s strength in numbers, and our experience is ammunition that will help you be very confident that you are always doing what’s in your loved ones best interest at all times!
